Safe Returner v 1.27 has dramatically improved in comparison to previous builds.I have tested it more and more times. It is good against Zeus Trojan, SpyEye Trojan/Keylogger and some rootkits and rogue. It is quite effective in an already infected machine, just pay attention to some possible false positive detections. It missed a TDSS rootkit (a probably unknown variant) and a rogue during my tests but it cacthed all Zeus and SpyEye variants.

In my tests it performed quite well even very good against live infections and I would use it on other machines where an exe killer rogue was present. It doesn't pick up all bits of the infection but does enough to kill the infection allowing a scan with a full on blacklist scanner to grab the dregs.

Safe Returner utilizes the Autoruns for Windows technology pioneered by Sysinternals. The tool and technology is the most comprehensive startup analyzer known.

Safe Returner is a very high speed malware remover, which cleans up the system of malware within a maximum of five minutes, which is dramatically fast.Safe Returner is the best malware program I have come across to get rid of the deepest malwares.

Safe Returner is not an antivirus per se and does not mean to take over the tasks and purpose of an antivirus. It is a complementary solution designed to take care of malware already rooted in the system.

Safe Returner is a relatively new anti-malware solution for infected PCs. I tried it out recently, and was pleasantly surprised with its effectiveness, and especially its quick scan.

Safe Returner does not come with any kind of proactive protection, but it detects threats that may have slipped through your regular antivirus software and have already infected the system.

Safe Returner is like a fireman. It comes into play when the system is already infected, or when the user suspects that it is. The program is not used to protect a system 24/7 from possible threats, it is designed to eliminate threats that have slipped past those defenses. Users who are experiencing problems removing malware from their system should give Safe Returner a try, as it may very well do just that.

Safe Returner is a very unique perspective to malware detection. This is a fail safe to be used when your anti-virus software fails to effectively stop, detect and eliminate them.

A very decisive program that roots out infections. Detected and removed 31 of 31 malware samples on heavily infected machine, not too fond of the name but very high on its results. In time this will be a tool used out in the field everyday by IT Techs just like Malwarebytes.

"Very interesting and fast". The program is worth the attention and get acquainted with him. I myself after a few minutes of use I found that this is an interesting anti-malware.

"Small, fast tool for final scrub on malware removal." Small and fast! Less then 4 meg download and scanned 130GB in 7 minutes. Nice tool to add to the disinfecting routine to assure a clean system. I like the expert options on any identified file to quickly bring up explorer on the file, submit it as a false positive, and perform further research via 3rd party tools that we usually use in virus removal. It's an example of crowd sourcing in action.

"Does well against Rogue Antivirus Apps". Small, easy to setup, nice gui and fast scans. Safe Returner is able to terminate and kill all types of rogue apps and malware procesess. Detections are quite good at this early stage and will only get better.
If any malware is present where no other security app will run or even install then this is the one to try as Safe Returner has a couple of tricks up it's sleeve in order to get in behind active malware and get a scan going.

Simple to use. I like how it compares current scan to previous ones to find new startup items. I also like how it gives you the security threat level and gives you the option of searching for more information. Seems like a unique approach to fighting malware. I think it would be a great diagnostic tool for the shop.
